Established in October 2020 first trading as Holly Bell Marketing, we are so proud of the relationships we have built and the campaigns we have created. Our vision is to share our ideas, experience and help even more small businesses to grow, so Lisa joined us at the helm in 2022 when we evolved into Your Marketing Sidekick – providing professional and creative marketing solutions with a sparkle and a smile!
We both share a passion for helping small businesses to thrive. Sure, there are other marketing consultancies out there, but our focus is on being the ultimate sidekick for small business owners – the heroes in our story!

About Holly
Hi, I’m Holly Bell!
When I’m not busy working, I’m being chased around in circles by my 8 year old Roblox obsessed son Freddie
I am a radio geek at heart spending many years working at Global Radio managing multi-platform digital marketing and advertising campaigns for clients across the portfolio of Heart, Classic FM, Capital and Smooth radio. My passion is writing, I love nothing more than bringing a brand’s story to life. My experience in media and marketing spans 20 years (I know, I don’t look old enough!)
I love Italian food, New Zealand sauvignon blanc, and good old British banter! I enjoy keeping fit with hiit workouts and boxing, but enjoy a bit of “me” time with regular yoga and meditation practice.
For me, life is all about having the right balance – work, fun, family and me time. Hopefully I can help you to achieve this too!

Hi, I’m Lisa Williams!
I’m a marketing and communications professional with nearly 20 years of PR, brand and marketing experience. I have worked with a range of clients, from small artisanal food producers to well-known brands you’d find in the supermarket – as well as the UK’s third largest energy company.
I’m experienced in launching and promoting brands using a variety of different channels – all with a creative sparkle sprinkled on top!
I’m a fitness fan and a foodie (I’m sure one cancels out the other) and love a G&T (or two…). I have two gorgeous daughters who mean the world to me, and definitely keep me on my toes!
I recently fulfilled an ambition of mine to run the London Marathon, which felt incredible – I love a challenge, and I look forward to speaking with you soon to see how we could help solve yours together.

Hi I’m Louise! A busy mum of 2 gorgeous teenage boys which, as you can imagine, is full of both huge rewards and huge challenges!
My media career has mainly consisted of local and national radio advertising with some local tv, content and digital sales mixed in.
Since taking the plunge to move away from media sales into digital marketing in 2022, I have been working with Your Marketing Sidekick, as a Digital Marketing Freelancer, looking after a number of key client accounts and enjoying the opportunity to be more creative.
I love all things food – cooking, experimenting with recipes and ingredients and, of course, eating…with a glass of red. I especially love Asian food, sushi being a firm favourite in our house. I am a beach bum at heart and spend as much time as I can by the sea, in or out of the water. That’s my happy place.
As an eternal optimist, I believe that every day is an opportunity to do something great, learn something new, experience something amazing or make a difference.

Hi, I’m Annmarie!
I have worked in sales and marketing for nearly 20 years, with roles covering direct sales, project management, marketing management and everything in between! My background in TV and radio really brought out my creative side – and I now love bringing this creativity to the forefront, designing and creating awesome content for my clients.
In my spare time, you’ll either find me at my local amateur dramatics society, rehearsing for an on stage production, or dancing – or a mix of both!

Hey, I’m Leanne!
In 2023, I leapt into the exciting world of digital marketing. After more than a decade in business finance, I was ready for something that fuelled my creativity and gave me the flexibility I needed as a mum. Now, I get to combine my passion for helping ambitious small businesses grow with my love of videography, photography and storytelling, doing work that inspires me.
My background in relationship management and business finance means I understand how SMEs work and what they need to succeed. Specialising in social media management and content creation, I bring fresh ideas, energy and a personal touch that helps brands stand out online.
As a freelancer working alongside the wonderful team at Your Marketing Sidekick, I get to help them extend the creative sparkle they’re known for, bringing their signature mix of storytelling and strategy to even more businesses that need the marketing load lifted off their shoulders.
I’m Bristolian born, mum to three energetic children, wife to a patient husband and pet owner to two Jack Russells (one of which is well behaved). My happy place is anywhere outdoors. Up a hill, by the coast or in the garden with muddy hands.
I love an adventure and a good road trip too. Waking up in our campervan with my family is just the best feeling! One of my mottos is ‘if you don’t go, you won’t know’ and whilst it’s landed me, my friends and family in a few lost situations over the years, it’s also a reminder that the best experiences in life (and work) come from saying yes to new things.

Hi I’m Mary! I’ve worked in marketing and communications since graduating from university. My career has taken me through various sectors including education, the arts, and not-for-profit organisations. What I enjoy most about marketing is the variety it offers. Creating copy and graphics for a range of businesses for Your Marketing Sidekick means that every day is different!
Outside of marketing, I love to step away from the screens and be creative. I own a millinery business where I design couture hats for weddings and other special occasions. I’m always looking to learn new things so I’m currently taking part in pottery classes.
To unwind, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking (and eating!) or relaxing with my husband and our British Blue cat, Julian, listening to soul music.

I work with the YMS Team as a Reels Content Creator!
I’m passionate about helping businesses rediscover the fun in social media, creating content that helps them find their voice and stand out on socials.
I fell into working in social media when I started sharing my health and wellness knowledge online. I quickly built a loyal following, discovered my flair for content creation and have loved every minute! Since working in social media, I’ve created content for a range of brands both in the UK and internationally.
When I’m not working you’ll find me in the Pilates studio, recipe testing or travelling with friends and family. I also gravitate towards music, whether that’s getting lost at the piano or booking my latest gig.
I’m a glass half full person at heart and find the positives in every day!

Hi I am Jemma! I work with the YMS team as a Virtual Assistant and I love to streamline clients’ operations and boost productivity by taking all those administrative tasks which take ages off their hands!
I have over 15 years administrative and project management experience from working within the Armed Forces, the Brewery Industry, Childcare Industry, Construction and most recently Hospitality.
I am lucky enough to currently live abroad, balancing enjoying family life in a different country, all while providing Virtual Assistant services to Your Marketing Sidekick and their fabulous roster of clients.
As well as beach days, fitness and the occasional tropical tipple, I LOVE to help people and get my teeth into solving problems and setting out new processes for clients. I have a can-do attitude and strive to deliver each and every project to the highest standard.

Charity Of The Year
We are proud to support Home-Start Bristol & South Gloucestershire as our
Charity of the Year.
As parents ourselves, we wanted to utilise our business skills and big hearts to support a charity which helps children right here on our doorstep in Bristol. Home-Start Bristol & South Gloucestershire is a local community network of trained volunteers and expert support helping families with young children through their challenging times. They are there for parents when they need them the most, because childhood can’t wait.
We look forward to working with Terri and the team and making a positive difference to the lives of children in the communities around us.
